BACHELOR PARTY CHECKLIST
Below we have listed
some important factors when planning your bachelor party entertainment.
1) Ask The Bachelor
What He Wants as for Entertainment for His Bachelor Party: Don't assume what
is best for him since it is his party, give him some options since it is his
last night out, not the other groomsmen.
2) How Many Guys and How Much Money: See who is chipping in for the
bachelor party entertainment to see what your budget is. The worst thing is
to have not enough money and have someone cough up more (most likely you).
3) Hiring the Entertainment: Make sure to give yourself enough time
to choose the right agency. Again, you can use our Directory for
entertainment as we have a lot of reputable companies on the site to make
your decision. Many times the strippers (if you are having bachelor party
strippers) will be hired within 2 weeks of any party (the good ones) so make
sure to call early and not the last minute or you will get what is left on
the shelf.
4) Contact Information and Back Up: Make sure whatever agency you use
that you give them the address early as well as two phone numbers and an
email to contact you. Make sure to state which is the primary and check in
and confirm with the stripper agency the day before the party to make sure
everything is set. Bring another number of another agency with you just in
case something happens as you will be the bachelor party hero if something
goes wrong and you save the day!
5) Place to Set Up: Make sure the strippers have a place to set up
when they get there (a bathroom or room). Make sure that all expensive items
are removed or hidden in that room as these are still people you don't know.
At the last bachelor party from a reputable strip company, they stole some
cologne from the bathroom and denied it. Make sure you have someone from the
bachelor party as the liason in checking in with how much time they need to
set up as well as what they need as for the room set-up (lights, the
bachelor in a chair in the middle, etc). This is also good in letting them
know that someone is watching them. It is better to have one or two than
everyone which will get a little too much.
6) Have the Money for the Strippers Collected Prior to the
Festivities: It is a good idea to have everyone give one person the total
for the strippers coming out so you know that money is already collected.
Give half at the beginning and tell them you will give half when they
complete the show as you don't want them leaving earlier than the contracted
time. Make sure others tip the strippers as well to keep them going and to
give a great show. Dollars and Fives are fine. The more you give, the more
the show gets sizzling!
7) Make the Strippers Feel Comfortable: Please understand that it is
customary to have a bouncer brought by the strippers for protection. This
person is usually cool and will be more relaxed if the bachelor party guests
stay cool and don't get too roudy (unless the girls are egging the guys on).
The more you are gentlemen, the more the girls will feel relaxed to give a
great strip show! Have someone keep a watch on the guys who are usually more
agressive so they don't ruin the night!
8) Food and Drinks: It is not necessary but if you have food and
drinks at the party and offer them to the strippers and their help, you may
get them to stay longer and socialize at the party. Everyone likes great
food, drink and company :)
9) Turning Away Entertainment: If you are displeased with what was
promised as for time, girls, etc. you have the right to let them know you
are not happy and to turn away the strippers before they start or
re-negotiate. Please make sure this is fair and that you are not doing this
to save money. You are the consumer and can make this decision when they get
there.
10) Have a Great Time: If you have some ideas what you want the
strippers to do to the bachelor (wearing certain clothing, saying certain
inside joke words, etc), let them know to make the bachelor party
entertainment fun for the guys. You will have a memorable time!
