This ball and chain is perfect to place around the bachelor's ankle, this item definitely won't slow him down but is bound to embarrass him. The ball & chain is made of a hard plastic and measures about 4" in diameter. It has a plastic chain that has a fabric / velcro attachement, so it will fit any size ankle.
