1/2 Light Rum
1/4 Sugar
6 Egg White
1 Whipped Cream
6 Egg Yolk
Nutmeg
1/2 Bourbon
2 cups Milk
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks till blended. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating at high speed until they are thick and lemon colored. Stir in the 2 cups of milk, rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Chill thoroughly and add whip cream. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites. Serve immediately and sprinkle nutmeg over each serving.
